Standard Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, pre-order, made-to-order, or special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Caviani reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging with all components included.
